In 2026 Mike Takahashi of Zenity described AgentForger, a cross-site forgery aimed at the agents of an enterprise platform. A single link could silently build, authorise, publish and launch an attacker-controlled agent inside the victim's organisation. From there, taking orders by email, the agent acted as an insider: it explored, searched connected apps for sensitive data and prepared internal deceptions. The vendor fixed the flaw within days.
