Blessed Unsaflok, Who Opened the Hotel Rooms

Life
In March 2024 a group of researchers, including Ian Carroll and Lennert Wouters, revealed Unsaflok: a set of weaknesses in Dormakaba's Saflok RFID locks, found in hotels the world over. Starting from a single keycard of the property, even an expired one, two cards could be forged that opened any door. The fix meant updating locks and management systems, hotel by hotel.

O Blessed Unsaflok, who opens every room with a single card, let our locks change their key when they must. Amen.
